FACTORY TRIAL ASSEMBLY OF STEEL STRUCTURES
Problems found on site are expensive, especially abroad. For complex nodes, trusses and multi-part members we trial-assemble the steel in the factory, check hole alignment and dimensions, and mark every piece before dismantling it for shipment. Your crew receives members that are proven to fit. Main frames are typically Q235 welded H section columns and beams.

CAN YOU MATCH OUR PAINT SPECIFICATION?
Yes. Tell us the coating system and dry film thickness and we will apply and document it.
WHAT IS THE LEAD TIME?
Most orders ship 35–55 days after drawing approval, depending on tonnage and coating. Urgent projects can be split into phased shipments.
HOW IS IT PACKED AND SHIPPED?
Members are numbered, bundled and loaded in 40 ft containers or on flat racks with a packing list and erection drawings. We ship FOB Ningbo or Shanghai, or CIF to your port.
WHAT FILES DO YOU NEED?
Shop drawings in PDF or DWG, or a Tekla / IFC model. We can also prepare shop drawings from your design drawings.
WHICH TESTS CAN YOU PROVIDE?
Visual, magnetic particle, penetrant, ultrasonic and radiographic testing on welds, plus dimensional and coating-thickness reports.
DO YOU ACCEPT THIRD-PARTY INSPECTION?
Yes. SGS, BV, TÜV or your own inspector are welcome at the factory before shipment.
