CUSTOM STEEL FABRICATION TO YOUR DRAWINGS
Our factory runs a complete steel structure line: CNC flame and plasma cutting, automatic H-beam assembly, gantry submerged-arc welding, flange straightening, CNC drilling, shot blasting and airless spraying. Contractors, EPC companies and machinery builders use us as an outsourced fabrication shop. They send shop drawings and receive finished, numbered members with inspection records.
Quality is checked at every step: dimensions, levelness and verticality during fabrication, and non-destructive testing (VT, MT, PT, UT, RT) on finished welds.

WHAT FILES DO YOU NEED?
Shop drawings in PDF or DWG, or a Tekla / IFC model. We can also prepare shop drawings from your design drawings.
WHICH TESTS CAN YOU PROVIDE?
Visual, magnetic particle, penetrant, ultrasonic and radiographic testing on welds, plus dimensional and coating-thickness reports.
CAN YOU MATCH OUR PAINT SPECIFICATION?
Yes. Tell us the coating system and dry film thickness and we will apply and document it.
WHAT IS THE LEAD TIME?
Most orders ship 35–55 days after drawing approval, depending on tonnage and coating. Urgent projects can be split into phased shipments.
HOW IS IT PACKED AND SHIPPED?
Members are numbered, bundled and loaded in 40 ft containers or on flat racks with a packing list and erection drawings. We ship FOB Ningbo or Shanghai, or CIF to your port.
DO YOU ACCEPT THIRD-PARTY INSPECTION?
Yes. SGS, BV, TÜV or your own inspector are welcome at the factory before shipment.
