STEEL STRUCTURES FOR PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEMS
A solar array is only as reliable as the structure under it. We fabricate PV mounting structures from hot-dip galvanized steel, zinc-aluminum-magnesium (ZAM) coated steel and aluminum, for rooftops, carports, canopies and ground-mounted plants. Each structure is calculated for your site's wind and snow loads and the panel layout, and ships with every fastener and rail nut, so installers do not have to source extra parts.
For factories and warehouses we can also design the building and its PV roof together, so the frame carries the extra load from day one.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
CAN AN EXISTING ROOF CARRY SOLAR PANELS?
Often yes, but it must be checked. Send us the roof drawings or photos and we will check the extra load and recommend reinforcement if needed.
STEEL OR ALUMINUM MOUNTING?
Galvanized or ZAM steel is stronger and more economical for carports and large spans; aluminum is lighter for rooftops. We supply both and often combine them.
WHICH PANELS DO YOUR STRUCTURES FIT?
Our rails and clamps fit most standard framed PV modules. Tell us the module size and quantity and we will size the structure.
WHAT DO YOU NEED FOR A QUOTE?
Dimensions (length, width, height or number of floors), the site location for wind, snow and seismic loads, the intended use, and your preferred roof and wall materials. A sketch or a photo of a similar building is enough to start.
HOW IS IT PACKED AND SHIPPED?
Members are numbered, bundled and loaded in 40 ft containers or on flat racks with a packing list and erection drawings. We ship FOB Ningbo or Shanghai, or CIF to your port.
WHAT IS THE LEAD TIME?
Most orders ship 35–55 days after drawing approval, depending on tonnage and coating. Urgent projects can be split into phased shipments.
