Multi-storey steel frames are replacing concrete in apartments, schools, care homes and retail buildings. Columns and beams are fabricated in our factory while the foundations are poured, so the frame goes up floor by floor in days. Steel floor decking is laid on every level at once, and the façade can be anything from sandwich panels to ALC boards or a glass curtain wall.
Large column spacing gives open, flexible floor plans that can be re-partitioned later, and a steel frame weighs far less than reinforced concrete, which reduces foundation cost on soft ground.
Building types we fabricate frames for. Each one is engineered to your drawings.
